Eclarsys PopGrabber Support / Re: popgrabber. connection to CRL at startup

hello.

I think that the request relates to the crl is for digital certificate of PG; may be?
The provider SSL connection that I have set, not use certificate issued by ComodoCa.

Hello,

PopGrabber does not directly connect to any server, except those specified in the account configuration (POP3 and SMTP).

The connection you describe seems to be a "certificate revocation list" check that the operating system automatically does for SSL connections, to verify that the SSL certificate is valid.

Eclarsys PopGrabber Support / popgrabber. connection to CRL at startup
« Last post by gianluigi.corradin on August 20, 2012, 06:22:44 pm »
hi all.

at startup popGrabber make a connection to CRL. If internet connection is disabled, except for pop3 (firewall), the service don't start.

I see a request connection to ComodoCa.

Can you confirm that is the only internet connection required to start popgrabber.

Can you list for all members, all internet connection and port required to start the service?

Many thanks.

Hello,

try adding the header "Received" to the Global Configuration, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hello,

This can happen in global accounts (applies to PopGrabber Professional) because bcc recipients are not listed in the standard headers.

Please send a test message an look for the bcc recipient in the message headers, then add this header to the "global headers" list in the PopGrabber configuration.

Hello,

PopGrabber Professional and Standard/Free do not share the same code, so they have different version numbers. Since PopGrabber Professional is a newer product, the version number is lower. The current version as of May 2011 for PopGrabber Professional is 1.0.7.

Regards,

Eclarsys Support

Thanks for the explanation. To date I'm very pleased with the product.

Eclarsys PopGrabber Support / Latest version of PopGrabber Pro?
« Last post by Robertf on May 19, 2011, 04:54:36 am »
Hi, I just purchased PopGrabber Pro, having run a test using the free version (I need the functionality of leaving messages on the Pop server for X days, hence I purchased the Pro version).

The download for the free version was SetupPopGrabberFree109, whereas the Pro version is SetupPopGrabberPro107. Does this mean that the free version is more current than the Pro version? Is there an updated link for the Pro version?

Your response is much appreciated.
Regards, Robert
