Please upgrade to the latest PopGrabber version (login to the customer download area at
https://store.eclarsys.com/login.php).
Also send us a copy of the PopGrabber Logfile to our support email address with the report level set to "debug" (change it in the program settings).
The version you are using is older than the current one, but it should not be causing these kind of problems. Was this working correctly before? Has something changed in your server or network configuration?
