Unfortunately I forgot the password of my pop3grabber professional version 1.0.0.251, but I would like to upgrade to the new version.
1 is possible to upgrade without the password?
2 can I have the password back?

Hello,

1. It is not possible since you have to download the newest version from the password protected customer area.

2. Of course. However, we could not find any order with the email address you registered in the support forum.

Please send us any information (order number, company name, registered email) by email (do not post it here) so that we can retrieve the information for you.
