A little bit more for the documentation

First, I don't have any outstanding issues. I was able to get where I needed, but I noticed some holes in the documentation that could be addressed along the way, too.
First, the bug/problem:
All references to PopGrabber in my Start menu are gone; I believe it's because I am logging into an account other than the one it was installed. I'm betting the installer is putting the Start Menu items under the
user
instead of All Users. Therefore I was unable to view any help or start the console - I didn't know how they were launched or where they were.
I couldn't remember how to configure the app; was there a console, and if so couldn't find how to launch it. Maybe it was just a config file.
So the first thing I did was look in Services and found PopGrabber. I looked at its command-line and saw it was running from
Program Files
\Eclarsys.
I poked around in the directory first. There was the CHM (help) file so I brought it up. OK, it's obviously a config console and very well documented - but nowhere could I find how to launch the console!
I figured it was the .exe, but maybe it was config files or a control panel/Exchange SysMgr applet. So just to be safe I checked out the Eclarsys website - but there's no online copies of the documentation anywhere that I could find (and even if there were, it probably still wouldn't have told me that {installdir}\EPopGrabber.exe was how to launch the configuration console.)
So I guess my suggestions are:
Install to All Users.
Update the documentation CHM to include information on how to launch the config console.
Place the documentation online somewhere.
Thanks!

Hi FaulstiR,
First of all, thank you for your suggestions. We are preparing some more documentation on how to configure the Pop Grabber with Exchange, and we will also follow your advice and include information on how to launch the console from the command line and publish the help on the website. Regarding the "install to all users" option, we will keep it in mind for the next release.
Thank you,
Eclarsys Support

The manual for PopGrabber is now online.
