Hello,

We bought PopGrabber Professional and configured it to leave messages on the server. But he don't leave them.
Is there a patch or someting we have to applie to make it work. If not, what can be the problem?

Hello,

could you set your Logfile to "Debug" and post here the output when this happens?

Another thing you may check is that the computer where PopGrabber is installed has the correct date and time (PopGrabber keeps track of the date and time a message was downloaded, so it can delete it after X days).
