Server rejected message: 554 5.6.1

Hi,

I am trying to use POP Grabber to pull down email from a couple of POP accounts to our Exchange 2007 Server.

The error I get is ...

2008-09-24T07:57:45: 13 message(s) on server
2008-09-24T07:57:51: Error forwarding message 1 from xxx@xxxx.com to yyy@yyy.net: Server rejected message: 554 5.6.1 Messages of type message/partial are not supported

This stops the rest of the email being forwarded. Any idea of the error?

The message/partial type means that the message has been fragmented, maybe because it was too large.

This was probably fragmented at the sender's email server, but just in case, check if you have a limit in your Exchange server for the message size or a session limit. PopGrabber does not fragment messages, it just relays whatever the POP3 Server sends, no matter how big the message is.
