I am using PopGrabber Professional 1.0.1.264.

One account has a large email being retrieved from the POP server.
The POP is located on same machine as PopGrabber.
Email is being sent to an Exchange server at a different location.
The email is about 18MB.  The email does not get sent sucessfully.
All other mail is sent sucessfully.
Any sugesstions?  Thank you for your help!

Hello,

it seems the message does get delivered succesfully, but PopGrabber does not get any response from the remote server afterwards. This usually occurs if the receiving server does a spam or virus scan and blocks Exchange for a long time, or if the spam/antivirus programm breaks the connection.

Try again deactivating the spam or virus filter and see if that works. Does this message have a strange format or a large file attached? This problem can happen with some antivirus programs if you include a very large executable file inside a zip file.

The receiving server is an Exchange server.  The message being sent contains a PDF (entire message is just under 18MB).

We disabled anti-virus on the Exchange machine and are still having the same issue.  We also verified that we are not hitting the incoming attachment limit (100MB).  Any other ideas?  Is is possible to get PopGrabber to wait a little longer, to get a response from the Exchange server?

Hello,

we have just send a modified PopGrabber Professional service with an increased timeout.

Let us know if this solves your problem.

Yes, the increased timeout did the trick!
Thank you very much!  Great product!
