not downloading on schedule

Hello,
I just installed popgrabber on our 2003 box running exchange 2003. i set the service to get email every 10 minutes, and it is not. if i manually 'get mail' it works fine. any suggestions?

Does it work when you set the timer to a different value? For example, 2 minutes?
Try also restarting the service. If nothing works, please set the log level to debug, stop and start the service and post the information from of of the logfile during the service initialization.
