Hi,

I've just installed PopGrabber Professional Version 1.0.0.251

It's generally work fine but I've got that kind off error and then I can't receive other messages:

2008-06-11T16:09:21: Processing message 150
2008-06-11T16:09:21: Single recipient: ***MAIL*****
2008-06-11T16:09:21: Connected to SMTP server ****IP_MAIL_SERV****:25
2008-06-11T16:09:21: Could not send message 150: Exception (SendMessage): Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
2008-06-11T16:09:21: Account for user ***MAIL***** on server ******SERV_POP**** finished with errors

I've to find which mail on my pop server is blocking  Undecided

How can solve that ?

Thanks,

Xavier

It could be due to a recipient filter rule in your Exchange server or to a message format which PopGrabber could not parse.

Please update your PopGrabber Professional version to Release 1.0.1.264 (uploaded today). This one gives more meaningful messages and will help you identify which message is causing the problem. Let us know if this helps.

There is no need to uninstall the current PopGrabber Professional, just install the new one on top of it.

Thanks for your reactivity  Wink

I upgrade the latests version and I have that message :
008-06-11T16:53:21: Could not send message 150: Server did not respond after message delivery

Which server did not respond after message delivery ? The SMTPServer or the POP Server ?

Your internal SMTP Server did not respond. This is usually due to a spam or virus filter which closes the connection without notifying PopGrabber.

Change the Report Detail (under "Settings - Advanced") to Debug to get the message number that is causing this problem.

You must configure your SMTP server to reject messages by sending a response code and not just closing the connection. What kind of SMTP server are you using?

Hi,

I think you're right. I change SMTP Server in my account configuration and it's work well.

I'll check my first mail Server configuration.

Thanks for you're help, you can close the incident.

Regards,

Xavier
