PopGrabber displays ? instead of foreign characters

I recieved your email. I'll try to gather the information as soon as possible.
In the mean time i have another question: Since one the new versions we installed of the popgrabber we get allot of emails where special characters like ?, ? , ?, etc are replaced with questionmarks (?). Is it possible that somewhere in the process the popgrabber replaces these characters?

In the newest PopGrabber version we implemented a strict ASCII encoding in our mail library. This implementation is correct, but apparently many email servers ignore this specification and send 8 bits anyway.
An updated installer with UTF-8 support is available for the Free and Standard versions in the download area.
