I'm getting the following error using the free version:-

2007-12-22T11:55:19: 1 messages on server
2007-12-22T11:55:40: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
2007-12-22T11:55:40: Download for this account will be aborted

It's working fine for one of my ISP's this one is shaw.ca, it's a little differnt in that the email address and user name are different eg myname@shaw.ca would be user name myname, could this be the problem, how can I fix?

It seems the problem is not on the POP3 account (since it does know there are messages on the server). Check your SMTP server, is the port setting correct? Is the server accepting connections from the machine where PopGrabber is installed?

Thanks, you were right, I had a typo in the SMTP server name, it's working fine now, thanks.
