Hi

One of our customers running POP grabber has notified us they have a problem with recieving E-mails that they are BCC'd on.

Any ideas?

Hello,

This can happen in global accounts (applies to PopGrabber Professional) because bcc recipients are not listed in the standard headers.

Please send a test message an look for the bcc recipient in the message headers, then add this header to the "global headers" list in the PopGrabber configuration.

Hello,

try adding the header "Received" to the Global Configuration, as shown in the attached screenshot.
