First off I do not have any limits setup in exchange, I had allready cheched my settings here.  The messages it hangs on are at random for various email accounts.  Sizes of emails can be large to small, so im a bit confused over what would be causing this.  The bad part of all of this is once it hangs on an email I cannot get PopGrabber to download any other messages.  You can stop the service and restart the application and it will download all of the emails without any issueses.  I recently set my logs set for debugging to help diagnose this issue.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hello,

Please contact us directly to our support email and let us know which PopGrabber version you are using, and any Antivirus/Firewall you have installed in the PopGrabber machine or the Exchange server. If possible, send us a copy of the PopGrabber Log File, specifically with the lines written before the program hangs.

As I posted on another topic before, I have exacly the same problem.
Two months ago I updated PopGrabber to newest version, but the problem still exists. There's no limits on Exchange side and no firewall restrictions.

I periodic have to kill popgrabber process and restart service again to restablish mail dowloads, and this turns into a real headacke.
I really don't know what to do anymore.

Any help will be appreciated. I am very close to remove.

Hello,

     I'm having the same issue with popgrabber randomly hanging on emails.  I've used Popgrabber for over a year and has worked great.  As of this last Wednesday (4-20-11) it started to randomly hang.  I can kill the process and restart it and it will start downloading again.  I have to check Popgrabber every 15 minutes to make sure it has not hung again.  A rough estimate for yesterday was having to kill the service close to 25 times between 8-5.  There has been no updates made to the server for about 2 weeks, we run exchange 2003 on windows 2003 server.  Popgrabber collects emails for about 35 accounts.  Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

the latest PopGrabber Professional release (Version 1.0.7) contains all bugfixes reported in this thread. If you are already using this version, please contact our support team directly by email so that we can troubleshoot your problem.
