There is a button for importing accounts on the accounts screen.

I cannot find instructions on how the CSV/XLS/TXT files needs setup to import accounts.

Hello,

You can use only comma or text delimited text files (not Excel directly).

After you open the file, you can make the column assignments to the account information. The only requirement is that you have each field (POP3 Server, username, password) in a separate column.

You can also type the information directly for settings that do not change (i.e. the Server addresses and ports).

Please verify the information after importing it, in case the file contains any characters not recognized by PopGrabber.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Eclarsys Support

You can copy and paste this text in any text editor and save the file with a TXT extension.

Code:
Username,Password,POP3 Server,POP3 Port,POP3 SSL,Local Email,SMTP Server,SMTP Port,SMTP SSL
user1,password1,pop3.domain.com,995,1,user1@domain.local,exchange01,25,1
user2,password2,pop3.domain.com,995,1,user2@domain.local,exchange01,25,1
global,password3,pop3.domain.com,995,1,*,exchange01,25,1
