I would like to know what these options actually do in more detail. What does the skipped actually do? What does the OMIT RECIPENT do?  What does the ABORT DOWNLOAD do? I have this running in a live enviroment so don't want to really stuff around with it.  I see no info in the manual on line.  Thanks Glenn.

Here is an explanation of the different settings:

Redirect to Postmaster
If the message sender or recipient is rejected, PopGrabber will try to forward the message to the Postmaster configured for the current SMTP server. If this also fails, the action defined for "If Server rejects Message" is used instead.

Skip Message
If the server rejects the message and this rule is configured, PopGrabber will leave the message on the POP3 server and continue with the next message. In this case, the email administrator should routinely verify if any old messages are stuck in the POP3 account and download or delete them manually from the external server.

Delete Message
If the local SMTP server rejects the message, PopGrabber will also delete it from the external POP3 account. Use this setting with caution, as emails deleted from the POP3 server cannot be recovered.

Abort Download
If the SMTP server rejects the message PopGrabber will completely abort the download for the current account. During the next download cycle PopGrabber will retry the download and delivery again until the problem is resolved.

Omit Recipient
If the server rejects a recipient and "Omit Recipient" is selected, PopGrabber will try to deliver the message to any other recipients. This only makes sense in a global account where a single message can be directed to multiple recipients. If no recipients are accepted by the local server, the action for "No valid recipients found" is used instead.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
