Hi,
I have installed PopGrabber Pro in my company but it takes forever to download emails because it downloads all emails no matter if it has already download them. Any way to fix this?

My messages are retrieved by Exchange Sever 2007 from my POP3 Server. I am using Outlook 2007
In the Advanced tab of the PopGrabber settings I have the option "Do not filter messages with duplicate ID" NOT checked.
and under "Delivery Database - Keep history for" is set to 7 days.

The messages are not being duplicated in my POP3 Server. Also, Exchange is not duplicating them and the date set on the machine where PoPGrabber is installed is in fact a valid date.

Hello,
Please make sure that the history database is set as many days as you are leaving the messages on the server. For example, if you want to leave the messages on the server 30 days, the delivery history database should be set to at least 30 days too.
If this is already the case, please contact us directly at our support email address so that we can verify your problem in detail.
Regards,
