I have the free version and I have it running on a Server 2008 R2 virtual machine with Exchange 2010.  I've verified that it can connect to my ISP accounts, download e-mail and forward it to Exchange.  However, this only works when I have the manager open and manually hit the Get Emails button.  I have it set to download emails every minute and to log debug messages.  No emails are every downloaded automatiically, and the log file has no entries in it (other than the logs for when I manually pressed the button).

Thanks for your help.

Make sure that you open the PopGrabber manager with administrative permissions (it should do this by default) and then change the download interval to something else (just in case), save the settings and exit the manager.

After this, restart the PopGrabber Service using the windows service manager and verify the windows application log. It should indicate the download interval there. If it doesn't, there may be a problem with the windows registry values. If this is the case, please uninstall PopGrabber and delete from the registry all keys under Eclarsys.

Also, make sure you are using the latest PopGrabber version from our website.

Thanks, it seems to be working now although I didn't touch it.  I just downloaded it today so I am using the latest version.  I had also tried to stop/start the service.

If this happen again I'll be sure to check the event viewer.
