Hello:

I just tried downloading the free version of PopGrabber for testing. When I try to execute it, I receved the following error. (I tried different machines with the same results). I finally found a 1.0.0 version on another site that worked. Is that the most recent version? Is there a bug in the copy on your server? Thanks

Hello,

The current PopGrabber version is 1.0.1. The executable for this version is called Setup_PopGrabberFree100.exe (since other websites are linked to this file the name was not changed after the first release).

We just verified the file and it works in our test computer, we will check into this error to see if other users of the NSIS installer are having this problem.

The current version can be found in the following URL: http://www.eclarsys.com/download/Setup_PopGrabberFree100.exe

   6. Rename the installer so it is a simple one-word name with no special characters (without removing the .exe suffix)

   2. Disable any firewalls and download the installer again.
   3. If it is installed, uninstall the nVidia firewall and download the installer again.
   4. Scan for, and remove malware
   5. Scan for, and remove viruses
   6. Scan the hard drive using scandisk, chkdsk, or any other hard drive repair tool
   7. Download the installer using another network connection and copy it to the original computer using a reliable media.
