Invalid registration information

Hi there,
I have my Key and sales receipt but when I put int he details I get. The registration information is incorrect, do you want to correct it? Yes No.
How do I get around this?
I had to reinstall the server.

Hello,
we have verified your registration information with the current PopGrabber Professional release and found no problems. Please make sure you are entering the information exactly as shown in the customer area, including upper/lower case characters.
We have sent you the registration code again by email just in case.
