.net 2.0 errors

Hi,

 we are getting several errors on our servers with popgrabber pro 1.0.4.502.

we see following error in evnet log:

   .NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting
1000   3-8-2009 0:00   1
Faulting application popgrabberproservice.exe, version 1.0.4.502, stamp 4a225867, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4480, stamp 49c51f58, debug? 0, fault address 0x0000bef7.

Also we get an error on screen but i don't have a screenshot at the moment.
Al these errors occur when the popgrabber manager is running.

Hello,

please make sure that the PopGrabber Manager is running with administrator rights, and that it is running in a local drive.

If this is already the case, please send us a screenshot of the error message to our support email address. Additionally, make sure that all Net Framework service packs and updates have been installed.
